  • Have a major hand in telling the stories of all 16 Akron athletic programs using video and graphic content

  • Shoot, edit and share videos for Akron Athletics, including the feature pieces for the weekly football and basketball coach’s show on Sportstime Ohio

  • Served as interim general manager for the station from August 2019 – February 2020

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the station, managing our student directors, student DJs and community hosts

  • Kept the station in compliance with FCC regulations and made sure all necessary licenses were up to date

  • Script, record and produce promos and other content for air using Adobe Audition

  • Manage the station’s social media accounts and web site with new posts and graphics

  • Serve as a fill-in host/DJ

97.5 FM The Team: Sports Director/Buffalo Bills Beat Reporter         

August 2014 – January 2018

 

  • Organized the station’s programming schedule and developed new content

  • Planned and hosted a 2-hour weekly sports talk show

  • Served as the station’s Buffalo Bills beat reporter, attending training camp, practices and games and developing engaging written, audio and video content

  • Broadcasted local high school sports including: football, basketball, baseball, hockey and lacrosse

  • Managed the station’s social media accounts, interacting with our audience

  • Scripted, recorded and edited weekly sports updates and promos

 
Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT): Assistant Sports Information Director

​2013 - 2014

  • Served as the Assistant Sports Information Director for a full academic year covering RIT’s 20 Division III programs and two Division I Hockey teams

  • Worked daily with Adobe programs Photoshop and InDesign to write up game notes and design game programs and promotions

  • Put together video interviews and packages for the RIT Athletics YouTube channel

  • Maintained RIT’s Athletic website, while also contributing to RIT athletics’ social media voice using outlets such as Twitter, Facebook and Vine regularly

  • Used Stat Crew to conduct live scoring for a number of athletic contests

 

Rochester Red Wings Baseball: Game Day Productions

  • Spent three seasons doing game day production prep work including; making videos and designing graphics, running replay, camera, or graphics during games, and conducting postgame interviews with players

  • Developed extensive knowledge of the video editing program Final Cut
