Who Am I?

Despite moving around a lot as a child, I'm grateful to call Rochester, NY home as I spent many of my formative years there. After graduating from high school looking to pursue a career in broadcast journalism, I first came to Cleveland in 2009 to attend John Carroll University for my undergraduate years.

Through my four years at JCU, I gained a wealth of relevant knowledge and experience that prepared me for working in an ever evolving media world.  Upon returning home to Rochester following my graduation, I accepted my first job as the Assistant Sports Information Director at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).

Although it was only a one-year position in the RIT Sports Information department, my time there set the stage for the next stage of my career as I discovered an opportunity to pursue my true passion and work for Rochester’s former CBS Sports Radio affiliate 97.5 FM “The Team. Those three years were some of the most transformative of my career as I wore many hats, serving as the station's sports director, Buffalo Bills beat reporter and a play-by-play broadcaster and even hosting a weekly sports show. As a small-staffed station, I was solely in charge of creating all the content on top of running our social media accounts and working with the website.

Eventually, I saw an opportunity to return to Northeast Ohio, and my alma mater, accepting the role of operations manager at John Carroll's radio station 88.7 WJCU. This was a rewarding role that kept me around radio, and even included a brief stint as the interim GM for the station. Eventually, I paired my work at JCU with another opportunity in the athletic department at the University of Akron, where I help produce video content for the Zips Digital Network, while also working as an anchor and host at Cleveland Audacy Sports Affiliate, 92.3 The Fan.

While I eventually transitioned into a full-time role at JCU overseeing the social media and marketing for the office of Alumni Relations and had to move on from my role at Akron, I have continued my involvement at 92.3 The Fan amidst my work for John Carroll.

I’ve been truly blessed to have found work in a field that I love and I'm always open to finding new opportunities to work around these mediums I've become well-versed in from radio, to TV, to social media, photography and more!
